The Best Waking up Time to be Healthy

The best time to wake up in order to be healthy is before 6:00 h in the morning. At 6:00 h the sun crosses the line of horizon and makes a person to feel active, therefore the depth of sleep slowly decreases. The most important is to wake up before sun crossed the horizon line which is at 6:00 h. We can compare this with nature, which always shows us the right time. Looking at the birds, they always start singing before 6:00 h in the morning. It depends on the location and time zone but they do that even when the sun has not come out from under the horizon yet and it is still dark. Simply listening rooster, it does not matter is it winter or summer; they usually start singing before 6:00 h.
Nature is always calm until 6:00 h but after 6:00 h the wind appears and the Earth goes from a peaceful to an active state. It happens at the same time, no matter of what season.

If you need to go to sleep later in some cases, nevertheless you should still try to wake up before 6:00 in the morning. If you feel tired during the day because of not enough sleep, then rest for a bit during the day and go to sleep earlier that evening. Your day will not be lost, your brain tonus will be fine and you will not harm your health. However, if you wake up later that day, your day is lost and negatively affects your health.

When you are not used to wake up early in the morning, do not start waking up early straight away. Every day, start going to sleep and wake up about 5-15 minutes earlier. Two months will be enough to get used to it. Do not start applying changes straight away because your body will get a shock, you need to change it slowly. Once you get more used to, go to sleep early, about 21:00 – 22:00 h, set up the alarm clock for early morning, before 6:00 h.

The health, success and optimism depend on whether we are able to wake up early in the morning or not. The morning time is meant for spiritual practice and gaining knowledge: reading, studying. If you want to have a healthy, happy, successful life, the best time to wake up is before 6:00 in the morning. Try going to sleep every day 10 min earlier until you reach 21:00 – 22:00 and then start waking up earlier until you reach 6:00. Try at least for a few weeks to follow this daily routine and you will see the results by yourself.
