The best time for sleeping is from 21:00 – 22:00 until 6:00 the latest, in order to rest fully and be healthy.
In all cases, going to sleep after 22:00 is harmful to a mental and physical health. The mind does not rest and that is linked with negative feelings and health issues.
Sleep is charging the organism and the mind with mental energy. It is a synthesis, an accumulation of energy and replenishment.
DIFFERENT SLEEPING TIMES
From 21:00 to 23:00 the rational mind rests.
From 23:00 to 1:00 the nervous system rests.
From 1:00 to 3:00 the emotional state and physical body rests.
After 3:00 only physical body continues resting.
If not sleeping from 21:00 to 23:00 the rationality of mind will slowly decrease. The first signs of mind and intellect fatigue are a decrease in concentration and will power. Also, an increase in excessive mind tension and bad habits such as smoking, drinking coffee. Person wants to smoke or drink coffee because he/she is constantly in a state of tension and needs to relieve it somewhere.
If not sleeping from 23:00 to 01:00, the vital energy which circulates in the organism starts decreasing. As a result of the decrease of vital energy, the nervous and muscular system will start suffering. Even not sleeping during the indicated time for a few nights, you might start feeling weakness, pessimism, apathy and a decreased appetite. The immune system depends on the restfulness of the mind; therefore if you go to sleep late, you can get autoimmune diseases, immune dysfunctions or chronic illnesses.
If you keep not going to sleep from 22:00 to 24:00 you might slowly develop depression. It is even hard to notice how this state develops. In 1 – 3 years the depression will progress more and everything will start becoming negative and boring.
If not sleeping from 01:00 to 03:00, the emotional energy, the power of the senses will suffer. Irritability and aggression will appear and will be hard to concentrate. The hearing, touching, sight, smell might decrease. Especially women need to sleep more at this time because they are about 6 times more sensitive than men and the signs of emotional distress appear earlier.
When the mind does not rest enough, the brain gets fatigue. Since the brain controls all of the organs within the organism, they start wearing out. Therefore, the rhythm of all organs suffers, and then the rhythm of the heart starts suffering. If now you have any of the health issues, one of the causes could be that in the past you were going to sleep late. The vascular regulation can get worse and appears a tendency to rise in arterial pressure.
A tired look, headaches are also signs of the lack of rest in the mind and intellect.
When the power of intellect is reducing, it becomes hard to decide how to act right in different situations, how to make decisions. The person constantly starts feeling anxious and emotional.
Also the memory functions might get worse. It can become difficult to memorise the information. First, long-term memory suffers and then short-term memory starts suffering.
WHY NIGHT’S SLEEP IS IMPORTANT
When the Sun is working, we feel active, however at night it is opposite: no energy of Sun, no our energy. Sleep during the day, does not help to rest, it only accumulates fatigue.
At 21:00 in the evening, the energy of the Moon starts prevailing over the Sun’s energy, therefore a person should rest at this time or at least from 22:00 in the evening. The energy of moon charges our organism with the mental energy. The Moon gives the mind ability to relax and accumulate mental energy. Then person can accumulate a lot of energy that can be used when the Sun energy starts working the next day.
It is important to sleep from 21:00 – 22:00 until 6:00 the latest. If any of these times will be not spent sleeping, the person’s mental strength, nervous system, emotional or physical energy will be affected.
The mind can stay in a fatigued state for a long time, even for a few years. Gradually the person starts feeling tired, negative, becomes bored and pessimistic. That is the sign that mind is tired and requires rest. Rest comes when sleeping at the right time. The later you go to sleep, the less nervous system rests and the less efficiently it will function.
In the beginning it might be difficult to change your lifestyle. You might not feel tired, because you have biological resources, but with a time it will run out and then you will start feeling negative consequences. If you really wish and make efforts with a time you manage to go to sleep earlier.
It is important to try going to sleep 5 – 15 min earlier every day until you reach 21:00 – 22:00 h. Try at least for a few weeks following the correct daily routine and you will see the results by yourself.
