INSTRUCTORS

Ieva Kurmyte – retreat host, health and social psychologist, yoga instructor. Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree of Biology and Psychology, Master’s Degree of Health and Social Psychology.


Edvins Zdanovics
– yoga instructor, healthy lifestyle practitioner. He is a Yoga Alliance qualified and experienced yoga practitioner in traditional Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, meditation.
Edvin will be teaching yoga and about healthy lifestyle.

 

Syamananda – guest speaker, president of Radhadesh temple, Irish monk practicing Bhakti yoga for 25 years. He regularly presents lectures about Bhakti philosophy and meditation.
Syamananda will present a session about spiritual lessons for mind awakening.

 

Patrick Nickisch (Purushottama Krishna Das) – guest speaker, Holistic Counselor, Trans-confessional Theologian, Scientist of World Religions (MA), Civil Society Diplomat in the United Nations.
Patrick will teach how to gain personal empowerment by removing inner blockages.

 

Maja Vrieling – guest speaker, Wellness Advocate at doTERRA, creates presentations and workshops with essential oils and its benefits on wellness.Maja will present a workshop: “Wellness through Essential oils”.

Saturday

07:00 – 7:30 Charge up your day with meditation and breathing exercises

07:30 – 8:30 Energise with hatha yoga

09:00 – 10:00 Breakfast

10:30 – 11:30 Workshop about self-awareness & self-acceptance

12:00 – 13:00 Healthy lifestyle lecture about  nutrition, sleeping, sports

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch

14:30 – 15:30 Hiking in the forest (connect with nature)

15:30 – 16:30 Spiritual lessons for mind awakening

17:00 – 18:00 Workshop: letting go of emotions

18:00 – 19:00 Dinner

20:15 Optional Devotional meditation music (kirtan)

Retreat is happening in Belgium Ardennes, nearby magnificent city of Durbuy.

The activities are happening in Bhaktivedanta College, and other facilities, such as accommodation, meals in a beautiful Chateau de Petite Somme, Radhadesh.
The spacious estate spreads over 40 acres including a special forest path with meditative verses. It is surrounded by a peaceful and beautiful nature.

Places are limited, to guarantee your place, an initial payment of €80 is required.
In case of cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance of the retreat, money is returned.
